The township will be holding a document shredding event on Saturday, Oct. 5, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Mt. Laurel Police Garage. Protect yourself and your family from identity theft by getting rid of sensitive documents all while taking steps toward going green.
Bring your bags and/or boxes of paper to be shredded. An experienced operator will move the bins to a highly secure mobile shredding unit where your confidential material will be destroyed as you watch.
Only paper is accepted. Officials request residents not bring plastic bags or metal ( no three-ring binders or binder clips) to be shredded. Paper clips and staples are OK.
Available to township residents only. Contact: Public Works Office (856) 234-0001 Ext. 1241 with any questions.
