Further, this plan will become a part of Medford’s Recreation & Open Space element to its Master Plan.

Prior to submitting its OSRP Plan, the Township of Medford will conduct two public hearings to receive public comment from residents and other interested parties.  The public hearings will be held:

  • Oct. 2 at 7 p.m. at Union Fire Company (1 Firehouse Lane)
  • Oct. 23 at 7 p.m. at the Public Safety Building (91 Union Street)

These hearings will be held to afford interested parties the opportunity to review and comment on the existing and any proposed plans that the Township of Medford will include in its Open Space and Recreation Plan. Residents of the Township of Medford are invited to attend these hearings and comment during the public portion of the hearing.

For additional information concerning these hearings, the public may write to or call Beth Portocalis, Manager’s Office, at (609) 654-2608 ext. 324, or in the Medford Municipal Offices located at 17 North Main Street.
