Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce that paralegal Kay M. Sowa was appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to the Court’s District Ethics Committee for Burlington County.
Ms. Sowa’s appointment is for a four-year term on the Committee, one of 18 district committees established by the Supreme Court to investigate, prosecute and recommend discipline in ethics cases involving New Jersey attorneys.
In addition to her paralegal duties in tax, accounting and litigation matters relating to trusts, estates and individuals, Ms. Sowa is an IRS Enrolled Agent eligible to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the IRS. She is also a certified Trust and Financial Advisor through the Institute of Certified Bankers and an Accredited Estate Planner as designated by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils.
