The Mantua Cub Scout program is a year-round, family centered program for Kindergarten through 5th grade boys and girls. Scouting activities emphasize character development, citizenship, and personal fitness, all while having fun with family and friends.
The Mantua Family Scouting Program offers a ton of fun for boy and girls! We have local outings, field trips, sporting events, hiking in the park, family camping, fishing, service projects and holiday parades, just to name a few.
Scouts love the Pinewood Derby, Scout Olympics and of course our Pancake Breakfast! Scouting is a whole year of family memories, wrapped up in once-in-a-lifetime adventures.
Opportunities to find out more about Cub Scouts:
- Sewell, Center City, or J. Mason Tomlin Back to School Nights
- Monday, Sept. 16: Pizza with The Pack – 6 to 7:30 p.m. While you enjoy a slice of hot fresh local pizza you can mingle with the members of Cub Scout Pack 7045 and find out more details about our program.
- Friday, Sept. 27: Open House –Â 6:30 to 8 p.m. For our formal Open House you can meet leaders, parents and scouts of Cub Scout Pack 7045 and find out detailed information about our year round program.
- Saturday, Sept. 28: Meet n’ Greet – 6 to 7:30 p.m. Experience an active living commercial of a day in the life of cub scouts at our camp fire, and see us in action.
All three events will be held at the Mantua Community Center: 111 E. Mercer Ave. Sewell.
