Jane Barr Clinton passed away on May 10 at her home in Moorestown. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, James; son Scott and his wife Jane; grandsons Peter and Matthew and sister Joan.
Jane earned her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and was a clarinetist with the FSU Marching Chiefs and a member of Gamma Phi Beta sorority. Prior to her marriage, she worked as a microbiologist at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Atlanta, Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia and at medical missions in Democratic Republic of the Congo. She was an emeritus member of the American Society of Clinical Pathologists and a long time officer of Barclay Farmstead in Cherry Hill.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church in Moorestown. Condolences may be left at fpcmoorestown.org. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held on July 27 at First Presbyterian Church of Moorestown located at: 101 Bridgeboro Road in Moorestown.
