Burlington County officials have announced the county will host its inaugural Food Truck and Craft Beer Festival on Saturday, May 4, from 3 to 8 p.m. at the Burlington County Fairgrounds.

“Join us for the County’s Inaugural Food Truck and Craft Beer Festival,” said Burlington County Freeholder Deputy Director Balvir Singh, who also serves as liaison to the Department of Resource Conservation. “What better way to spend a beautiful afternoon than eating great food from gourmet food trucks, drinking local craft beer and wine, and listening to two of South Jersey’s finest bands right in your backyard. All drink proceeds will benefit Arms 2 Artisans, a nonprofit dedicated to helping veterans find employment in the craft beer industry.”

Tickets are $10 for general admission. Tickets are being sold in advance and day of the event. All tickets must be purchased online prior to entrance. Tickets can be purchased by visiting: www.co.burlington.nj.us/parks

Valenzano Wine will also be available for purchase.

The event will showcase two bands, The Billy Walton Band, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., and The Goodman Fiske Band, from 6 to 8 p.m. The Kentucky Derby will be aired live on the big screen. Enthusiasts of the derby are encouraged to wear their best derby attire or hats to the event.

Attendees are invited to bring blankets and lawn chairs. Parking is free for the event. Attendees must be 21 with a valid ID to purchase and drink alcohol. No outside food or drinks will be permitted. The event is rain or shine.
