‘I joined the Navy to follow in my father’s and grandfather’s footsteps,’ said Buffi. ‘I love the adventure of being part of an elite community. There’s no real way to prepare for qualifications on subs but just always try to keep learning. As boring as it might seem sometimes, you’re definitely improving at your job.’
