Jenna Hoffner of Medford was recognized as the “female athlete of the week”
Jenna Hoffner of Medford was recognized as the “female athlete of the week” in Rowan University’s sports release for the week of Jan. 8 to Jan. 14.
In the women’s basketball team’s 2–0 week, Hoffner contributed with 9.0 points and 9.5 rebounds per game. She totaled six steals and three assists. Hoffner recorded a career-high 13 rebounds in the 71–58 win against Kean University on Jan. 9. She added nine points and three steals. The forward contributed with nine points, six rebounds and three steals in the 67–60 victory at Rutgers-Newark on Jan. 12. This season, she has totaled 73 rebounds, 46 points and 24 steals. Rowan has a 9–7 record with a 7–2 conference mark.
