Food sensitivities workshop coming to Cherry Hill on Feb. 6

The free workshop will take place in the upstairs cafe at Wegmans at 7 p.m.

Learn how food sensitivities can cause physical and mental health issues at a

free workshop on Wednesday, Feb. 6 at 7 p.m. at the Wegmans upstairs café, located at 2100 Route 70 in Cherry Hill.

Topics to be discussed include the evolution of sensitivities, the Gut-Brain Connection, the immune system’s role, techniques to determine reactive foods and how the body heals naturally following the elimination of inflammatory foods.

This event is open to the public and children are welcome. Those experiencing digestive issues, migraines and skin problems are encouraged to attend. This information will be especially helpful to those who have a mysterious illness which hasn’t yet been diagnosed. Reservations are required. To reserve a seat, call (609) 202–8188.
