Voorhees Township Police Department arrests three suspects

Three South Jersey residents were arrested for suspected attempted burglary of motor vehicles in the Green Ridge neighborhood

The Voorhees Police Department arrested the following suspects for attempted burglary of motor vehicles in the Green Ridge neighborhood at approximately 10 p.m. on Jan. 9.

The suspects were observed behaving in a suspicious manner by Voorhees detectives on patrol. Further investigation resulted in their arrests. The three were apprehend by detectives, patrol officers and K-9 teams.

James Birchfield, 50, Michael Perry, 37, and Christopher Fallon, 27, all residents of towns in South Jersey other than Voorhees, were charged accordingly and remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility to await a hearing. All suspects are innocent, until proven guilty in a court of law.

The Voorhees Township Police Department urges everyone to remove valuables from their vehicles, lock their doors, and report suspicious activity immediately by calling 911. Removing valuables and locking vehicles helps prevent burglaries to your vehicles at home, work, the gym, while shopping, etc. Take the extra step and double-check before leaving your vehicle.
