Eagle Plaza façade renovations underway

According to leasing agents for the shopping center, renovations are expected to be completed soon; additionally, the location is currently looking for more local and national businesses

Façade renovations to Eagle Plaza in Voorhees Township are under way and expected to be completed soon, according to David Goodman, a principal at Equity Retail Brokers. Goodman, along with colleague Keith Seymour, are the exclusive leasing agents for the shopping center.

“The façade renovations will really be a noticeable change and give the shopping center a stylish, modern feel,” said Goodman. “Other renovations have already been made, like parking lot lighting upgrades, and more lighting upgrades are coming with the new facade.”

Eagle Plaza is anchored by Acme and features popular local tenants, including Amma’s South Indian Cuisine, Impact Fitness, Cap’n Cat Clam Bar, Haircut 100, Nature’s Gift Flower Shop and others. The center also includes national tenants like Ross, Rite Aid, Chipotle, Pet Valu, Sport Clips, and Hand and Stone Massage.

“Like most community shopping centers, the mix of national and local tenants drives traffic, and local tenants are often the lifeblood of a successful center,” Seymour said. “The owners obviously understand this, as they have worked with existing tenants like Amma’s, Haircut 100, Cap’n Cat and others to help them expand their space or renew leases. More local businesses are welcome at Eagle Plaza.”

Available space at the center includes end cap space facing White Horse Road, and the newly renovated restaurant space facing the main entrance on Haddonfield — Berlin Road. The restaurant space will include outdoor seating. Space is available as small as 1,200 square feet and up to about 11,500 square feet.

Keith Seymour and David Goodman represent regional and national landlords in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. If you would like more information about Eagle Plaza or our leasing services, contact David at (484) 417–2219, [email protected], or Keith at (484) 417–2249, [email protected].
