Woodruff makes her case for Gillespie and Donnelly.
This year, I will be voting for change in the Moorestown Council race. I’ll be voting for Nicole Gillespie and Brian Donnelly, Democratic candidates for council.
Nicole and Brian have impressed me with their extensive professional and military backgrounds. As CEO of a non-profit and a corporate and tax attorney, they have the experience and seasoned leadership skills that we need to put Moorestown back on track by proactively addressing our most pressing issues — water contamination, tackling our growing debt, working with the business community to revitalize our business districts and communicating effectively with the public on affordable housing and developing our land and parks. On a personal level, as I’ve talked more with Nicole and Brian, I see their commitment to engaging with ALL residents and communicating openly and with respect, qualities that are vital in our elected officials but too often forgotten, even in our own town.
As a fellow Moorestown resident, I see that Nicole and Brian care deeply about Moorestown, and have a strong desire to bring people together to move Moorestown forward, instead of creating or propagating partisan divides. As a town we can achieve great things with the right leadership, and that’s why I’ll be voting for Nicole Gillespie and Brian Donnelly on Tuesday, November 6.
