Seniors can get rid of unwanted medication at Nov. 16 luncheon event

Cherry Hill Police will host its Senior Citizen Narcotic Pill Safety and Disposal Luncheon on Nov. 16 at 11 a.m.

The Cherry Hill Police Department will be collecting expired and unwanted medication for disposal in a safe and legal manner at its Senior Citizen Narcotic Pill Safety and Disposal Luncheon event. The event will take place Friday, Nov. 16 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Croft Farm Arts Center.

In addition to giving residents an opportunity to dispose of their medication, the police department will discuss the dangers associated with illegal narcotic pill use. The event includes lunch and a live performance by Maggie Mustico.
