This session will introduce the firm’s mergers and acquisitions half-day conference.
Flaster Greenberg PC will host part five of its Tax Reform Seminar Series on Wednesday, Nov. 7 from 8 to 11:30 a.m. at its offices, located on the second floor of 1810 Chapel Avenue West.
Flaster Greenberg will partner with colleagues from Baker Tilley, Friedman CyZen, Mufson Howe Hunter, Pine Valley, The DAK Group and WithumSmith+Brown to introduce Flaster Greenberg’s inaugural Mergers & Acquisitions half-day conference.

CPE and CLE credits will be available, and the discussions will center around the M&A lifecycle, what’s trending, the impact of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, and cybersecurity and data privacy issues.
The half-day program is geared toward accountants, financial advisors, bankers, investors, M&A advisory firms, CFOs, CEOs, business owners/managers/directors and in-house counsel.
