On Oct. 13 at 4:23 p.m., the Evesham Township Police Department responded to Fantasy Gifts, 731 W. Route 70, for an alleged armed robbery.
According to police, an investigation revealed that a male, possibly in his 40s, wearing jeans, a blue sweatshirt and a black baseball cap, allegedly entered the store and approached the lone female employee with a crowbar.
According to police, the male allegedly instructed the female to open the register, where he then removed approximately $140 in cash. Police say the male allegedly fled the store parking lot in a silver sedan.
