An eye doctor who happens to be a yoga teacher, an animal rescue organization and a yoga studio are all coming together to help a blind dog named Diva and other deserving animals.
Join Moorestown Eye Assocaities, Powerhouse Fitness and Yoga of Medford and the Mt. Laurel-based One Love Animal Rescue for the “Exerc-EYES for DIVA” event on on Sunday, Nov. 4, at 10:30 a.m. at Powerhouse Fitness and Yoga in Medford.
This special event will benefit Diva, along with the other dogs of the Mt. Laurel-based One Love Animal Rescue.
Dr. Kimberly Friedman of Moorestown Eye Associates and Powerhouse Fitness and Yoga will be leading a gentle yoga class appropriate for all fitness and experience levels.
Diva will also be there to lend pose assists and slobbery kisses.
The class is scheduled from 10:30 a.m. to noon, and pre-registration is not required.
Attendees are asked to give a donation of $20 or more, with all proceeds going directly to One Love Animal Rescue.
