FOP members say there will goodies, glow sticks and a safe Halloween experience.
On Oct. 27, families can join the Mt. Laurel FOP Lodge No. 191 for a “Halloween Trunk or Treat Safe Zone” in the Countryside section of town.
Mt. Laurel residents are invited to stop by Countryside Elementary School from 6 to 9 p.m. to have some free Halloween fun at this designated safety point.
Attendees will get a free bag for trick-or-treating, glow sticks and other goodies.
Those participating as a decorated trunk need only register one ticket per vehicle. There will also be prizes for best trunk.

Countryside Elementary School is located at 115 Schoolhouse Lane.
The Mt. Laurel Fraternal Order of Police Lodge No. 191 includes current and retired officers of the Mt. Laurel Township Police Department. The lodge was chartered in March of 2004 to support the members and provide a means to interact with the Mt. Laurel community in a charitable fashion. The group currently has more than 80 active members and is always trying to better serve the community.
