Films in the series include “Erin Brockovich,” “Run, Lola, Run,” “Passion of Joan of Arc,” “Amelie” and “Blue.”
Locals are invited to join the Mt. Laurel Library for a series of films based around rebellious women, hosted by Joseph Truitt, who’s been teaching about movies, opera and literature for forty years.
The series begins on Thursday, Sept. 20 and will run for several more dates into October.
The first film in the series is “Erin Brockovich” on Sept. 20, followed by “Run, Lola, Run” on Sept. 27, with “Passion of Joan of Arc” on Oct. 4, “Amelie” on Oct. 18 and concluding with “Blue” on Oct. 26.
All showings are free and will begin at 12:30 p.m. at the Mt. Laurel Library on the dates above.
