Monroe Township Police Department looking for missing man

The Monroe Township Police Department is investigating a missing person, Victor Koschman Jr., a 28-year-old male, who went missing on Aug. 21.

Victor also goes by “JV”, “J” or “Vic”.

He is possibly operating a black Hyundai Tiburon, bearing NJ registration F89KGN.
