Cherry Hill middle schooler selected as Maverik National Lacrosse All-Star

Sophia Levine, a rising seventh grader at Beck Middle School, recently received the honor.

A Cherry Hill middle schooler was recently named a national lacrosse all-star.

Sophia Levine, a rising seventh grader at Beck Middle School, has been named as a 2018 Maverik National Lacrosse All-Star. She was selected to attend the Maverik National Lacrosse Academy held last week in Frederica, Delaware at the DE Turf Sportsplex.

Levine played for Team New Jersey and is a two-time selection for the National Lacrosse Classic. She plays in the spring for the Cherry Hill Wildcats Lacrosse club 14A team coached by former All-American and collegiate lacrosse coach Carrie Kirk. Levine also plays for South Jersey Select Lacrosse Club in the summer under the direction of Colleen Hancox.
