Cherry Hill Police seek witness to hit and run accident

Release is according to the Cherry Hill Police Department.

On Sunday April 28, 2024 at approximately 12:21 a.m. Cherry Hill Police responded to the area of Route 38 and Longwood Avenue for the report of two pedestrians struck by a vehicle. An adult male and an adult female attempted to cross Rt. 38 at Longwood Avenue. At the same time, a vehicle was traveling westbound on Rt. 38 at the intersection. The vehicle struck both pedestrians and continued westbound on Rt. 38. The victims were transported to the hospital with non-fatal injuries. The striking vehicle is reported to be a dark colored pick-up truck, possibly a Chevrolet or GMC, with damage to the front driver’s side near the headlight assembly.
