The Center for People in Transition at Rowan College at Gloucester County hosts a number of empowerment, health and financial workshops during the month of August.
The Key Skills to Let Go of Guilt
Sharon Roth-Lichtenfeld, certified professional life coach, is hosting a workshop for those who would like to be free of unhealthy behaviors that contribute to unnecessary guilt. In this workshop, you will learn to develop the basic skills required to be emotionally free of guilt. This workshop is sponsored by the United Way of Gloucester County and will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 15, from 7–9 p.m.
Resume Writing
Join Nancy Howard, director of the Center for People in Transition, to learn how to create an attention-grabbing resume. If you have a resume, please bring it with you. If you need a resume drafted, contact [email protected] or 856–415–2222 for a personal data form, which must be completed and received by Aug. 20. Do not miss this opportunity to learn how to get your resume noticed and increase the chances of getting that interview.
