Friends of the Cherry Hill Public Library book sale opens to public on Thursday

There will be an early access night for Friends members only on Wednesday evening.

Cherry Hill residents can grab some summer reading books and support their local library at the same time this week. Friends of the Cherry Hill Public Library are hosting a book sale from Thursday through Saturday in the lower level of the library.

The sale begins on Wednesday evening, where Friends’ members will have early access from 6 to 9 p.m. New members can join at the door, with membership rates starting at $10 for adults and $8 for seniors.

The sale will be open to the public during the library’s operating hours Thursday through Saturday. Thousands of books sorted into more than 30 different categories will be available. Hardback books cost $2 and paperback books cost $1. On Saturday, shoppers can fill a bag of books for just $5.
