From more than 1,700 applicants, Dunkin’ Donuts and Scholarship America selected

25 students to receive a $2,000 academic scholarship to an accredited two-or four year college, university or vocational-technical school of their choice.

Dunkin’ Donuts awarded a total of $50,000 to the 25 recipients who were selected based on their academic records, demonstrated leadership skills, and overall commitment to their schools and local communities.

“On behalf of Dunkin’ Donuts and our greater Philadelphia-area franchisees, I would like to congratulate the 2018 Dunkin’ Donuts Regional Scholarship winners,” said

Perry Shah, local Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee and Philadelphia regional advertising committee chairman. “Nine years ago, this scholarship program was created to help support students in our local communities. Today, we are proud to have awarded a total of $350,000 to deserving students throughout the region to help ease the financial burden of college. We wish each recipient continued success in their academic careers.”

The 2018 Dunkin’ Donuts Scholarship Award recipients will be honored at an awards ceremony on July 21 at Talen Energy Stadium.

Honorees and their families will also be invited to attend the Philadelphia Union versus LA Galaxy match immediately following the ceremony.
