Dubose, 29, who is from the Winslow area, is considered a fugitive by the prosecutor’s office.

The prosecutor’s office is seeking the help of the public to determine his whereabouts. He is believed to travel between two addresses, one in Winslow and one in Philadelphia.

If anyone has seen Dubose, call the prosecutor’s office at (609) 265–5035 and ask to speak to Det. Steve Laramie in the Insurance Fraud Unit.

An indictment is merely an accusation. Defendants are presumed innocent unless or until proven guilty.
