Delgado and Boren say they are running a positive, issues-based campaign.
We are honored by the vote of confidence we received from the voters in Moorestown’s Town Council primary election and extend our thanks to everyone who cast a ballot. We are grateful to our neighbors for their support, and to our campaign volunteers who are helping get our message out to the people of Moorestown.
In the coming months, we will be focused on running a positive, issues-based campaign that will discuss common sense solutions for Moorestown families.
Since you elected Manny Delgado four years ago, he has built a record of success for our community. Manny voted to cut the municipal portion of your property tax bill without cutting services to our residents; to clean Moorestown’s water beyond all existing standards as we began rebuilding our aging infrastructure, earning praise from Erin Brockovich and to record council meetings to increase transparency. Moorestown has received 2 bond rating increases in the last 3 years; received multiple grants to save tax dollars on projects like building our first dog park, beautifying Strawbridge Lake and revamping the Camden Ave. corridor in Lenola and improved our recreational facilities while protecting our preserved open spaces.
Joined in the next four years by Jamie Boren, a Main Street business owner and community volunteer, we will keep this progress going for Moorestown. We pledge to hold the line on taxes, maintain our recreational facilities, stand with our town’s first responders, defend our natural treasures, continue improvements to our town’s infrastructure and deliver a government that is responsive to those we serve.

See you around town!
