Several car burglaries unfolded Sunday morning.
The Berlin Police Department responded to several vehicle burglaries on the morning of June 17 that occurred in the early morning hours. Approximately eight vehicles were broken into in the center of town.
The suspects accessed the vehicles via open doors and windows and stole wallets, ID’s, money and other personal effects.

While detectives track these suspects, the police want to stress to its residents that you should never leave any valuables inside your vehicles.
Also, you should always lock your vehicles and houses, as this is the first line of defense in deterring crime.
