Businesses, local non-profits and the local community join for what the Marlton Business Association describes as a fun-filled day.
The Marlton Business Association’s Board of Directors, along with the group’s members, wish to invite the public to the MBA’s 11th year of “Marlton Day on Main Street” on Saturday, June 9, from 11 a.m. to 4p.m.
This free event is the signature community gathering for the MBA. The event combines business, local non-profits and the local community into what the MBA describe as a fun-filled day.
According to official’s, this year’s event is set to feature nearly 80 of the MBA’s member vendors, 12 unique food trucks, an Evesham Police K-9 demonstration, live music by Dave Murray, an Animal Welfare Association pet area, DJ Stevie spinning tunes, a fun house area for kids of all ages and more!
With so many years of history, officials describe the event as a popular local attraction where Marlton residents and even residents from other township’s can walk around Main Street, visit vendors, eat food, dance, and more.
Officials say the day is a chance for business owners in the association to meet clients, gain clients, and interact with the locals.
According to officials, the event was originally started in 2006 as ‘The Marlton Expo”, which served as a business-to-business event.
As the MBA has grown this event, it took over the Evesham Blue Barn and then moved to Main Street four years ago as a full-fledged “business-to-community-to-business” partnership.
The proceeds from this event support much of the charitable endeavors through which the MBA gives back to the schools, senior citizens and the local community throughout the year.
MBA officials ask that residents consider stopping stop by and supporting their local business community, and in turn, that business community and the MBA can continue to support residents.
