The art (and science!) of brewing is a long and varied one. Ms. Pola Galie, co-owner of the Lower Forge Brewery, will be stopping by to shed light on how the process has changed over the years. They will be starting at 6:30 p.m. on April 24 at Pinelands Branch Library.
