‘Night at the Phillies’ returns to bat

The evening will take place on Friday, June 8 at Citizens Bank Park.

“Night At The Phillies” has become an annual tradition for the Moorestown community. It is a night of fun, remembrance and support. Moorestown’s Night At The Phillies will be held on Friday, June 8 at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia.

Proceeds from ticket sales will support The Evan Welch Scholarship, which is awarded to a graduating Moorestown High School senior. The scholarship was created in memory of Moorestown High School student, Evan Welch, whose life was claimed in a drunk-driver accident in December 2007.

This Night At The Phillies event not only supports this valuable scholarship, it provides the Moorestown community an opportunity to gather together in honor of Evan, to celebrate his life and to share ongoing support with his family and friends.

The Philadelphia Phillies will face off against the Milwaukee Brewers on June 8 at 7:05 p.m. Tickets are $20 payable via cash or check made payable to MEF — memo Welch Scholarship.

Tickets are currently on sale through Friday, May 11. Contact Eileen Fitzpatrick at [email protected] with any questions.
