Athletic Director Jason Hill addresses Joe Murphy’s resignation.
The following message is from Jason Hill, Eastern Regional High School’s athletic director:
At the conclusion of the winter season, I accepted Joe Murphy’s resignation as Eastern Regional High School’s Head Girls Basketball Coach.
Coach Murphy has led the Girls Basketball program at Eastern Regional High School for the last 15 seasons, including leading the team to a sectional championship in 2010.
This year, he earned his 200th career victory.
I would like to thank Coach Murphy for his dedication to our girls basketball program and the positive impact that he left upon our student athletes.
