Edward Kuhn III joined the firm’s litigation department as an associate.
Edward F. Kuhn III has recently joined Capehart Scatchard’s litigation department as an associate in the Mt. Laurel office.
Kuhn, a Cherry Hill resident, focuses his practice in general defense litigation throughout the federal and state courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, with a concentration on tort defense, premises liability, products liability, Tort Claims Act defense, construction, estates, employment and professional malpractice.
Kuhn received his law degree from Widener University School of Law and bachelor’s degrees in English and psychology from the University of Vermont. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
