Seneca students spread joy at Medford Care Center

Eleven students visited residents, spending time talking and playing board games

Seneca High School students in the Community Service Club went to the Medford Care Center after school on Thursday, Feb. 15. The 11 students spent time with the elderly residents talking and playing games.

The students wanted to do a trip to the Medford Care Center to bring joy and laughter.

Freshman Shaylan Richards said, “Going to the Medford Care Center helped us realize how important it is for young people to spend time with older people and how much of an impact it can have on both lives.”
