On Campus: Medford students make dean’s list, receive college scholarships

Kristen Ferrer of Medford was among the 147 University of Scranton students who studied abroad during the Intersession 2018 semester. Ferrer, a nursing major, participated in the university travel course, Global Health Seminar in Dublin, Ireland.

Wheaton College student Mark Meyers of Medford was named to the dean’s list for the fall semester.

The following students have earned merit scholarships to attend Alvernia University in the fall:
• Gabrielle Bencivenga of Medford Lakes, a student at Shawnee High School, has been granted the Trustees’ Scholarship to study occupational therapy
• Autumn Keane of Medford, a student at Shawnee High School, has been granted the Trustees’ Scholarship
• Todd Minshall of Medford, a student at Shawnee High School, has been granted the Veronica Founder’s Scholarship to study marketing

Local students have been named to the president’s list at Clemson University for the fall semester: Caroline V. Corley, whose major is genetics, and Nina Rose Gallimore, whose major is biological sciences.
