We Rock the Spectrum, a kids gym located along Route 38 in Mt. Laurel, is holding a free, food-sensitivities workshop for area families on Wednesday, March 14 at 6:30 p.m.
Topics to be discussed at the workshop include the evolution of food sensitivities, the function of the immune system, determining which foods are causing problems and how the body heals itself naturally following the removal of reactive foods.
Attendees can learn lifestyle changes that officials with We Rock the Spectrum say can lead to a healthier, more peaceful lifestyle.

Those with children experiencing issues with digestion, attention/focus, hyperactivity, brain fog, anxiety, fatigue and headaches are encouraged to attend.
