Six Bunker Hill students named to Olympic Conference Honors Band

The students will perform with the rest of the Honors Band on Wednesday, Jan. 31

Six Bunker Hill Middle School student-musicians, under the tutelage of band teacher Eugene Tecce, have been named to the Olympic Conference Honors Band.

Eighth-graders Kayla Cavanaugh (flute), Isabella Donia (flute), Samantha Klemowitz, (clarinet), and Saul Ronsayro (French horn) and seventh-graders Samantha Carbone (clarinet) and Bailey Ratcliffe (clarinet) emerged from auditions at Lakeside Middle School in Millville as members of the regional ensemble.

The six BHMS students will have three rehearsals with the rest of the Honors Band leading up to its concert on Wednesday, Jan. 31, at the Investors Bank Performing Arts Center at Washington Township High School. The performance gets underway at 7:30 p.m.
