Cherry Hill resident Kimberly Rice, president and chief strategist of KLA Marketing Associates and author of “Rainmaker Roadmap: A Step-by-Step Guide to Building a Prosperous Business,” recently presented an educational program named, “Nine Steps to Mastering the Client Relationship for Greater Prosperity,” sponsored by the Middlesex County Bar Association.
In her presentation, Rice examined the three pillars to strengthen client service delivery including the role of power of proactive communications, investing time into client relationships and adding ongoing value. Further, Rice outlined how to introduce effective client retention strategies into all client engagements.
