On Thursday evening, a 26-year-old with a stab wound walked into Princeton Behavioral Health.
On Thursday, Jan. 11 at 5:30 p.m., Moorestown Police responded to Princeton Behavioral Health on New Albany Rd. to the report that a male had walked into their lobby and collapsed. Upon arrival, officers arrived on location to find employees providing first aid to a stab wound to the chest of the male victim, who had no connection to Princeton Behavioral, according to the Moorestown Police Department’s nixle.
The male was identified as 26-year-old Wilmington, Del. resident. The victim was treated by Moorestown EMS and Virtua Paramedics and flown via Jeff Stat helicopter to Cooper Trauma. The victim was reported to be in fair condition overnight, according to the department.
According to police, the stabbing occurred between fellow employees in a vehicle. They were in route home from work. Moorestown detectives are continuing to investigate.
