· The Shawnee Student Council teamed with the American Red Cross to collect over 200 pints of blood which will help save over 600 lives!

· Kids for Wish Kids Club delivered over 3,000 letters addressed to Santa at Macy’s, who will donate $2 per letter to the Make-A-Wish Foundation! This is the third year the club has participated and it was a school-wide effort as teachers and students helped in this worthwhile campaign!

· The Yellow Ribbon Club & the Boys Soccer Team worked together to collect enough new toys in the annual Toys for Tots drive to fill two large SUV’s!

· The Shawnee Football Team, after winning a championship on the field, raised money through t-shirt sales to be able to donate $1,798 to the SEAL KIDS organization. The SEAL KIDS organization directly benefits the children of our Navy Seals through financial and emotional aid.
