Approved adopters can stop by the shelter during the month of December and hopefully leave with a new friend.
The Burlington County Animal Shelter is offering free adoptions on all shelter animals to approved adopters through the end of 2017.
Those who stop by the shelter all throughout the month of December can work with shelter staff and the Friends of Burlington County Animal Shelter to find a new member of the family.
The Burlington County Animal Shelter is located at 35 Academy Drive in Westampton Township.

The shelter is open noon to 4 p.m. every day except Thursday, when it is open noon to 7 p.m.
