Residents can drop off toys at Weichert’s Cherry Hill office on Route 70 and other locations in South Jersey.
The Weichert Family of Companies has announced the start of the 39th Annual Weichert Toy Drive.
Members of the community are invited to drop off new, unwrapped toys at company sales offices through Friday, Dec. 15.
Weichert officials say the toys will be delivered throughout the holidays in conjunction with local charities that assist financially and physically disadvantaged children.
“As part of our holiday tradition for 39 years, we invite the public to join Weichert’s efforts to bring holiday cheer to families and children who are less fortunate,” said Jim Weichert, president, chairman and CEO of Weichert, Realtors. “At Weichert, we feel it’s important to give back to the communities in which we live and work. Each year during our toy drive, it’s heartwarming to see all of the donated gifts, knowing they will help to brighten the holidays for so many people.”
Weichert employees at the company’s corporate headquarters, as well as in other company locations throughout the United States, will also participate in the yearly community service event.
According to officials, more than 13,500 new toys were distributed to charitable and service organizations for families and children in need last year.
Those interested in making a donation can visit any Weichert, Realtors sales office.
