Police say the department was able to seize 26 bags of heroin, cash and a vehicle.

On Aug. 15, members of the Evesham Police Investigative Unit and the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office conducted a proactive narcotics investigation into the alleged illegal sale of heroin in Evesham Township.
Police say the investigation led to the arrest of a Camden City man.
During a proactive undercover operation, police say the male was arrested in an Evesham residential development.
As a result of the stop, police say they seized 26 bags of heroin, cash and a vehicle.
Arrested:
A male, age 23, of Camden City, was charged with second-degree distribution of heroin and third-degree possession of heroin. He was lodged in the Burlington County Jail with no bail.
