A pair of neighboring office buildings located on Route 70 in Cherry Hill now have a new owner.

Markeim Chalmers senior vice president Kevin Burns represented both parties in the sale of two office buildings at 401 and 403 Route 70 in Cherry Hill.
The two office buildings were sold by Becca Inc. to a new investor for $2,380,000. The sale closed on July 14. The pair of multi-tenant properties have a combined size of 35,700 square feet with ample parking and prominent signage. The new investor has plans for interior and exterior upgrades for both sites.
