Volunteers from Operation Yellow Ribbon of South Jersey (OYRSJ) will be at the ShopRite 307 W. Route 70 in Marlton this weekend to collect supplies for care packages and donations for troops stationed overseas in the Middle East.
On Saturday, July 1 and Sunday, July 2, volunteers will be in front of the ShopRite from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day to to greet customers and ask them as they enter the store to consider purchasing one or more care package items and donating them on the way out as they exit.
OYRSJ will then pack the donated items and prepare them for shipping to America’s women and men on the OYRSJ’s care package recipient list.
A list of items requested can be found on OYRSJ’s website at www.operationyellowribbonsouthjersey.org.
