Cinnaminson Public Library to host exciting poetry workshop for all ages.
Looking to beat the drag of going back to work following the 4th of July holiday? Stop by the Cinnaminson Public Library on July 6 for a free group poetry session.
In Verse Poetry is a free group open to the general public where poets can gather together and encourage one another with constructive criticism and different perspectives. This set up is similar to an open mic, where our guests are able to come up and share if they like, or just listen and write if they prefer.
This program will also include workshops, so don’t forget your creativity. The point of this meeting is to give our poets and storytellers an outlet, audience feedback, and constructive criticism for their writing. If you find yourself in need of a community in which you can grow as a poet and a person, please don’t hesitate to stop by and join the libraries program!
