Outdoor summer church services return to Fellowship Alliance Camp

Outdoor summer church services are once again returning to Fellowship Alliance Camp, 110 Sycamore Ave., Marlton. Camp FAC is part of Fellowship Alliance Chapel of Medford, and according to those with the church, the services offer enjoyable lakeside worship service with refreshments to follow.

Marlton REI invites locals to annual Bike Fest event on June 24

On Saturday June 24, locals are invited to REI 2017 Bike Fest. All ages are welcome to this free event hosted at the Marlton REI from 1 to 4p.m. at the REI store on Route 73. Bike Fest is a gathering of the local bike community in South Jersey centered around bringing cyclists of all different levels together to learn and be inspired by one another.

Evesham Police K-9 sniffs out heroin during search of car with man sleeping in the driver’s seat

The following report is on file with the Evesham Township Police Department:

On June 9 at 1:30 a.m., an officer patrolling inside the township’s Data-Driven Approaches to Crime and Traffic Safety zone observed a subject sleeping in the driver’s seat of a vehicle parked in the lot of 360 S. Route 73. Police say a subsequent search of the vehicle by officers resulted in the discovery of 12 bags of heroin hidden inside.

Annual Kiki Konstantinos Scholarship Golf Tournament scheduled for July 18

The 25th annual Kiki Konstantinos Scholarship Golf Tournament is scheduled for Tuesday, July 18, at the Little Mill Country Club in Marlton. Proceeds of the event fund scholarships for graduates of all schools in the Lenape Regional High School District (Lenape, Shawnee, Cherokee and Seneca).
