Kennedy Health hosts area police officers for appreciation breakfast

Officers from Winslow and Gloucester townships, other departments attend second annual event

More than 40 area police officers attended the second annual Police Appreciation Breakfast held June 14 at Kennedy University Hospital — Washington Township. Sponsored by the hospital’s Emergency and Security departments, the free event is offered as a “thank-you” for the officers’ hard work and dedication to the communities they serve.

Officers from Washington Township, Clayton, Winslow Township, Gloucester Township, Woolwich Township, Monroe Township, Deptford, the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Department and the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office attended the event, which featured an array of breakfast foods, including made-to-order omelets.
