PJ Library eighth birthday celebration to take place on May 21

PJ Library is a Jewish Federation family engagement reading program for kids age 6 months through 8 years.

The Jewish Federation will celebrate PJ Library’s eighth birthday on Sunday, May 21. All families with children ages 6 and under are invited to enjoy the event, taking place from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at The Commons, 1721 Springdale Road, in Cherry Hill.

PJ Library is a family engagement program for kids age 6 months through 8 years with a Jewish connection. Parents who enroll their child in PJ Library will receive a free age-appropriate Jewish-themed storybook or music CD mailed directly home each month. PJ Library is funded by The Harold Grinspoon Foundation, the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey, the Alan & Helene Blumenfeld Family Foundation, and local philanthropists.

The birthday party is open to the community. Parents can register by May 5 to be automatically entered in a drawing to win two free admission tickets to Sahara Sam’s Indoor & Outdoor Water Park. The cost to attend is $25 per family by May 5 or $30 per family after May 5 and at the door.
