Kennedy Health’s Nutrition Center is launching a new, three-month healthy eating program. “Eating Well Works: Improve Your Quality of Life” will include a monthly meeting with a registered dietitian, exercise routines with a personal trainer, and one-on-one discussions with a health coach to review food journals, stress management and more.
Attend a free information session on Thursday, April 27 at 6:30 p.m. at the Kennedy Center to learn more. Kennedy’s Nutrition Center team will be on hand to answer questions and discuss the program’s goals.
“Eating Well Works” begins Thursday, May 18, and will motivate, educate and train participants in the most current evidence-based health and weight management skills.
