Evesham Police arrest man for breaking into vehicles in movie theater parking lot

Police arrested Michael Cahill, age 37, of Marlton, and charged him with two counts of third-degree burglary and theft.

The following information is on file with the Evesham Township Police Department:

On April 9 at 9:25 p.m., the Evesham Police Department responded to the AMC parking lot, 800 N. Route 73, for a report of a male in pajama pants breaking into cars.

Police say responding officers established a perimeter and located the male matching the description on Lincoln Drive. According to police, the male was arrested after he was found in possession of property that was stolen out of two vehicles.

Police say all property was returned to the owners.

Arrested:

Michael Cahill, age 37, of Marlton, was charged with two counts of third-degree burglary and theft. He was released on his own recognizance.
